You did not fill out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. The last update on the agreements shows that you filled out the agreement for the Delayed feed on February 1, 2021. You need to fill out the agreement for the Real-Time data. We need for you to fill out the agreements again. Make sure you fill out both the Uniform Subscriber Agreement and the CME Non-Professional Certification at the same time (one right after the other) to ensure that they are seen together.
