Uniform Subscriber Agreement Rejected due to missing Futures Trading Account info...

Hi there, as above, my Uniform Subscriber Agreement has been rejected due to missing Futures Account Information. I am using Sierra Chart without a futures trading account and have activated the appropriate data feed and paid the appropriate fees. My understanding is that if this is the case I do not need to enter details of a futures trading account as it is not applicable. As a result my CME non professional certification has also been rejected. Please could you ensure my Uniform Subscriber Agreement is accepted or let me know what I need to do to get this processed correctly. Thanks, John
