[Programming Help] - OCO move to BE not triggered

Hi, my OCO is 20pts target with 15pts stop and trail to BE with 15pts (60ticks) in my favor. But as shown in chart: my 1st trade after more than 15pts in favor (short @ 3804.5 with lowest print @ 3788.5) did not get moved to BE. I am not using scaling in which could result in a different average price and my step 2 in breakeven setting is set to "none". Please help to check what needs to be changed.
