I just set up my live trading account through Stage 5/Advantage and will be utilizing Denali feed/SC order routing. I am currently on package 5 ($36/month) which is up for monthly renewal 2/7/21, I haven't enabled Denali feed yet and was wondering what package to chose from? I recently read in support that your rolling out standardized packages soon and want to make sure I am selecting correctly. Do I just add Denali feed and leave on package 5 advanced or select new package "11-Advanced + Denali data feed $56/month"? Do I need to choose "Update/Set" or "Update and Renew Now"? Really appreciate the help! |

Yes for now you would want to use package 11. Just pay for one month at a time for now.

Got it. Will the $56 for Package 11 be pro rated for the remaining 2 weeks I currently have on Package 5 Advanced? And do I click "Update/Set" or "Update and Renew Now" to activate?

You need to change the Service Package and what happens is explained below. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Update/Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
