Indices aren't real time tick by tick

Indice charts aren't updating by the second tick by tick. Every new 5 min candle shows me the new price, and it stays at that price till the next 5 min candle. TICK updates real time tick by tick, but the ones that are giving me trouble are ADR-NASDAQ, ADR-NYSE, NDAQ, nya-IND-PSE (from interactive brokers) Can anyone please help |

Noticed it last week. Thought it was a bug so updated to latest version. Nothing. The symbols I am having trouble with are ADR-NYSE, ADR-NASDAQ, and NDAQ
