Hi,
Whenever I log to my account it always has a red bar with the offline status, why is that?

Make sure this option is Enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Connect on Program Startup (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
