I checked the support board and saw others had the same problem but did not find an answer.

Can I please someone to help me with this.

Thank you.

You are not setup to receive Real-Time data from us (Sierra Chart). Are you connecting to another service for data? If so, which one?

Otherwise, you would only be able to receive the Delayed Exchange Data for the CME Group, and historical data for all other exchanges. Refer to the information here:
Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?

Hi,

I went ahead and subscribed to the Real time data from Sierra Charts and I'm not getting real time quotes on Sierra Charts.
I have the current version. Is there anything else that needs to be done so I get real time data?

Thank you

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you do not have a trading account, then we recommend the following solution:

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it.

I went ahead and tried to connect to Interactive Brokers and I got this message:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
failure to connect to the data and trade server.

Is there something I'm missing? Or how do I connect?

Thank you
