I want to switch to [11 Advanced + Denali Data Feed 6 months] Q1: Can I change service before my already paid usage time ends (2021-12-12)? Q2: Will the price of the new service be paid from the free Services Balance or will it be deducted from the unused period's price that have already been paid? Now I use Denali Data Feed for All Services Q3: What is the difference between this and the data feed included to the [11 Advanced + Denali Data Feed 6 months]? |

Q1. You can change before your current Usage Time Ends, but there is little reason to make the change right now. We will take care of moving everyone that has the Denali Exchange Data Feed to the appropriate Package as necessary. Q2. If you made the change to the package, it would only adjust your End Date. Although in this case, the change will be minimal, as the difference between what you have now and Package 11 is $5.00 USD. Q3. There is no difference between these options apart from the $5.00 difference in price.
