this is on the support board by you Advanced Package + Denali Data Feed: 37 USD/month (package 11). (Note: This package is needed for the new upcoming EUREX EOBI data feed) Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Multiple Month Purchase Discount On you r description here the cost is not 37 is 44USD, which one is corect? NOw Denali cost 20USD (for people like me that have the routing service) and I pay for barchart 25 with a 10USd rebate so 15USD, are this not more necessary right? Sorry but the confusion comes out from the price model and information you published on the support board so I think you should clarify about it. thx |

Service Package 11 is $56.00 USD per month on a monthly subscription. It looks like you are only getting the EUREX data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. In this case, when the new EUREX data is available, your subscription to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed will be terminated and you will be moved to the Denali Exchange Data Feed exclusively and the EUREX exchange that is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed will be activated. This will be taken care of for you. Therefore, you are correct, that you will no longer be paying for both data feed fees and that you will not get the rebate.
