Hi, On my daily chart only the daily candle of monday 18 of January (MLK day) is missing. I tried reloading the data (delete all and download data) but it doesn't fix the issue. I have a direct SC advanced subscription meaning I should be receiving historical data from SC. For info my intraday data is provided by rithmic, but ihave no issues on my intraday chart (for ie. the 18/01 missing data is showing on the 60 min charts) Thank you for your help. |

Since January 18, 2021 was a US Holiday, there is no daily data transmitted from the exchange for that day. What you are seeing is correct.

Well that should be incorrect as Globex was open and I have intraday data for the 18/01. Therefore there should be a daily candle for that day see attached http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=161164599195.png |
