Market orders data stopped

Since the 13/1/21 I have not been receiving market orders data. except when I am logged on to the charts. All other data like Market profile, price, vwap is working and i can see the data is coming through for Market orders but the chart is not reacting unless logged on, this is affecting my footprint chart and cumulative delta charts. I'm unsure if this is a CQG data feed issue or not?

Any help is much appreciated.

Market Orders Data / Market by Order Data is not supported through CQG. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for this:

If I do register for Denali data, can I receive the Market Orders Data into a Spreadsheet Study or a Spreadsheet for Trading? Also, can I receive DOM data like Recent Volume Stacking/Pulling into a Spreadsheet? Thank you so much...

I am receiving the data whilst on the chartbook, but there is just lines or zeros in the times that I am not, so I know I am getting the data, just not when I'm logged off. I can only assume this is a settings issue rather than having to change my data feed?
