Need TPO chart value lines to output in Spreadsheet.

i am using Spreadsheet to automize my trades. for that, i would need my TPO chart value area lines ( Grey lines representing VAH and VAL, Red representing POC ) when i open a spreadsheet for this chart, the values aren't output in the columns. please help. |

The price levels for the Value Area in a TPO is not directly available in the TPO study itself. You would need to use a different chart and use the TPO Value Area Lines study to get the data into a spreadsheet. Refer to the following: TPO Value Area Lines If you need to have that data in the TPO chart and then into the spreadsheet, you would need to use the Study/Price Overlay to do this. i Tried doing that. (i have attached a screenshot) as you can see the value area lines are very different from my value lines. what i think would be a reason is; the value area lines is just taking into account of one completed TPO profile and marking its 70% extremes as VAH and VAL, POC being the mid-point. this isn't how i use the TPO chart, my chart's value area takes 70% of total area where the time was spent and marks 70% of value lines accordingly, POC being where time was spent the most in a profile. please help me get those value area lines output on the spreadsheet,that is the only way i will be able to automate my trading setup in a proper way. We cannot tell from that image, but you HAVE to use a different chart to generate the TPO Value Area Lines and then use the Study/Price Overlay to put those lines onto the TPO study. You cannot put the TPO Value Area Lines onto the TPO chart directly, this will not work as explained here: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Using Other Studies on a TPO Chart Additionally, the TPO Value Area Lines study lets you setup the same parameters as your TPO profiles, so the Value Area can use the same percentage. And the POC is calculated in the same manner. If you are following the above, then you should not have any problem.
