There was a thread to this: split profiles Unortunately it is closed. Sierra Chart support asked at the end: What is the basis of automatically splitting a TPO Profile? How is the time determined where to do the split? Answer: The basis to get balanced profiles E.g. If you have a double distribution it will be split into two optimal balanced profiles. The split is determined by High Volume Nodes. The goal is to have balanced profiles as good as it gets from where breakout, support/resistance trades can be executed.
