Please see attached screenshot.

I am using Number Bars and you can see that it displays total volume at a price. However, is it possible to see AT A PRICE, how much of that total volume was selling the bid and buying the offer?

Yes. It is controlled with this Numbers Bars study input:
Numbers Bars: Column # Numbers Bars Text (Column # Numbers Bars Text)

You will want to use:
Bid Vol x Ask Vol

Thanks for the info. I had success with your recommendation. Final question, when using the "Numbers Bars Avg Volume/Price", ...is there a total volume per range instead? I do not want the average, I want to see total. Thank you

We assume you are talking about the Numbers Bars Calculated Values. In which case, to see the Total Volume, you would use the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study (not Numbers Bars Calculated Values 2) and turn on the Subgraph for Total Volume. Refer to the information here:
Numbers Bars: Displaying Numeric Information Below Numbers Bars

In particular, note the sections for the Subgraph Descriptions for each of the Numbers Bars Calculated Values studies in the above section.

I am not sure if we are talking about the same. Under studies, there is a study after "Numbers Bars" that is "Numbers Bars Avg Volume/Price Graph". This displays the average volume in the price range, if range chart is selected. However I do not want the average volume. I would like to see the total volume.

The easiest way to view the total volume per bar is to use the Volume study. Refer to the information here:
Volume

If you prefer to see the information in a tabular format, then you can use the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study and enable the Volume subgraph. Refer to the information here:
Numbers Bars: Displaying Numeric Information Below Numbers Bars
