SC crashed and now unresponsive

Hi, My SC crashed this morning on one particular chart and has since been unresponsive and extremly slow, to the point where I can not get anything done. For example if I right click on chart nothing appears and the initial chart that caused the crash has just gone blank. This is the first time this has happened. I do not believe it is because I have too much data downloaded. Please can you advise? Thanks, Kai |

Try running Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. It sounds like there may be a 3rd party study that is causing some trouble. I don't use custom studies. I just deleted the corrupted chart and all works fine now. All I wanted to do was add a current price line. |

That really should never happen. If it does occur again, let us know right away as we would like to see if we can get any information on what may have occurred.
