Not receiveing market depth data in real time

Dear Sir/Madam, I have signed up to the shierrachart platform, signed the agreements as a non-professinal and activated the EUREX exchange data feed. However when opening the trading DOM for eurex products the bid and ask columns are empty. I dont seem to have the real time data coming through. Below I have copied the message log below.
