Hi, I am confused by the upcoming change, especially on how it will affect me. I paid Sierra Chart directly for the advanced package at a discounted 12-month subscription of $302 in Apr 2020. My current broker is AMP Futures. I trade treasuries on the DOM and need real-time market depth data from CME, CBOT, and Eurex. I paid for my data through AMP which set me up with CQG. I am currently paying about ($11 CME+$11 CBOT+ EUR20 Eurex =) USD 46 for monthly exchange data fees. On top of that, I am also paying $1.53 in commission and $0.10 in routing fee per contract per side. 1. How would the change affect my yearly subscription fee of Sierra Chart? 2. Would switching my exchange data from CQG to Denali lower my exchange data fee? If so, what would be the monthly exchange data fee after the switch? 3. Operationally, how do I perform the switch in Sierra Chart and still use AMP Futures as the broker? Thanks. |

There are no changes for you. But we no longer offer the 12 month purchase option. And sometime in the second quarter of this year, the EUREX data will need to come through our new EUREX data feed and not through any other source but we will announce that later at the time. But that will not change your costs and you will have higher quality data. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. If I switch from CQG to Denali, will the data be of higher quality? Yes absolutely in many ways. For example in regards to CQG historical data it is not even acceptable at all.Definitively you will want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
