Sierra Update Issue - Version 2204 to 2218

Hi there, I recently went to update my sierra chart from version 2204 to the latest 2218. Unfortunatly this has reset my tool bar, keyboard shortcuts and golbal settings to default. I'm wondering if there is an easy way to transfer my old configuration into the latest version (2218). For the meantime I have reverted back to version 2204 to keep my settings until I can get some help to resolve this issue. Thanks very much for your time. Kind Regards, Josh |

You should not have this problem and we do not know all of the details of what you did in regards to updating. Go into the Sierra Chart installation folder and delete the configuration files which end with 4.config and then update Sierra Chart again.
