Hello:

1. Basic Service Package
Currently, I access Sierra Chart through TransAct Futures and trade ES, GC, CL.
- I want to trade ES, GC, CL, BTC, ETH concurrently.
- I understand BTC, ETH data feeds are provided by Sierra Chart's Basic Service Package for $26/month
- So, if I add Sierra Chart's Basic Service Package, would I need to open a different instance of Sierra Chart OR just add another workspace (BTC charts) to my current workflow?

2. BTC Broker recommendation
- I understand FXCM is the default Cryptocurrency broker. They have an extremely poor reputation and I do not wish to use them. Would you be able to recommend any other broker which has a very good reputation?

3. Transition from Transact Futures
I understand Sierra Chart will discontinue support of Transact Futures around June 1, 2021. Trading Technology is expected to become the default broker. Can you please share their commissions and fees?

Follow the instructions here to access the cryptocurrency market data:
Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services: Setup Instructions

It would be best to use a separate installation of Sierra Chart for this.

This is not the case. We do not recommend using FXCM. Really Sierra Chart at this time does not support trading on any of the crypto currency exchanges. There is BitMex but we do not recommend using that.

There is a misunderstanding here. Trading technologies is one of the service providers we use for order routing but we have others, and we are also developing our own a direct exchange connectivity. They are not a broker.

Ok. Thank you. I have developed a lot of indicators and workspaces for TransAct Futures. Can I migrate some of them over to the new separate installation?

So, post Jun 1, 2021, if I wish to trade ES, GC, CL, how will the orders be cleared? Will your own direct exchange connectivity be able to accomplish this?

We apologize for the delay with our response.

Can I migrate some of them over to the new separate installation?
Yes absolutely. This is just a matter of copying the Chartbook, Spreadsheet and DLL files:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation

how will the orders be cleared? Will your own direct exchange connectivity be able to accomplish this?
You do need to work with a particular clearing firm. In the case of our current order routing service we support many different clearing firms. And the same is expected with our upcoming order routing service. They are listed at step 2 here:

Thank you for your clarifications.

As per your note, AMP Global is one of your clearing firms:

On their page

They mention Sierra Chart is available free of cost. So, I am a bit confused. If I were to become AMP Global's client:
- Which services/features of Sierra Chart would be covered?
- Do I still have to pay Sierra Chart's $26 basic service charge?
- Would I get data feed for BTCusd?

Hello:

Today, I did make the payment for $26 for Basic Service Package. However, when I opened up the BTCusd chart, I got a red message stating "Historical data download not available". I have not been able to download any data at all.

I understand BTCusd is part of the basic service package. Can you please have a look into my account?

You need to use one of the other crypto currency symbols. There are many available. Refer to:

Hello:

Thank you for the clarification.

While I was able to get XBTusd data from BitMex, my SC data has a large number of gaps and is also not updating in real time. I am attaching the current XBT chart from BitMex and my current SC chart. Both are 5 min charts.

What is wrong with my SC settings?

We do not understand what you are trying to show in those screenshots. There is no need to post those further. If there is any missing data, then refer to:
