Hi, I just translated my symbols to my current service having moved my accocunt to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. When viewing the data (it is very large now) - especially the Intraday Data I see for example ESU20_CME_FUT.scid and ESU20.scid. Both files are almost identical in size. Which one is current and which can be deleted? Also the TICK-NYSE.scid is very large. I do not need a lot of historical amounts of this data so can this file be deleted and when I re-open my chartbook with it just download the most recent data? And just to confirm I could delete all the files and when the chartbook is opened it will just download the data needed according to how much is requested by the settings? I just want to be sure I understand so I do not mess things up. Thank you. |

The one that matches the chart symbol is the current one. The other one can be deleted. If not sure, delete them both and Sierra Chart will download the current one. Yes.And just to confirm I could delete all the files and when the chartbook is opened it will just download the data needed according to how much is requested by the settings?
Yes, all the SCID and DLY files can be deleted and only the ones that are needed will be downloaded in the future.
