OEC - 6C inccorrect data

SC: version 1094 OEC Trader 6CH4 About 2100ET 02.20.14 and later the data for 6CH4 is incorrect. I am using Open e Cry FIX/Fast data feed. In OEX Trader the data IS correct but in Sierra Charts it is not. Correct prices are around the 89-90 level and in Siera Chart they are being posted in the 100-102 range. Please correct the issue. Not sure how the data is correct in OEC Trader and not in Sierra Charts with same data server. Thanks for prompt attention |

Further investigation - seems like there is one bad print that can't be eliminated even with delete and download. It is corrected after deleted and download and then after a few real-time updates it occurs again. The bad print doesn't exist in the OEC Trader chart.

Update - installed pre-release version 1095. Coincidence or not I can't tell but after the install and delete and download, data so far is updating with correct price levels. Just FYI, when the data issues were occurring in version 1094 the lows were correct, i.e., in the 89xx price area, but the highs were almost always 102xx.

We do not see any data errors with the 6CH4 in the historical data. We understand what you are saying about the live data, and we will review this with OEC. This problem should have been solved but I think we are still waiting for some updated FAST specifications from OEC to ensure this cannot happen. FYI, haven't had any further issues with live data since updating to version 1095 earlier today
