Good afternoon, I believe i enabled the Denali feed on my service package for historical only, however, I still cannot get historical data past the middle of December. Any idea what I should do to fix this? Thanks, |

You have not enabled the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can do so from the following link and selecting the pulldown in #2. Be sure to select the option Denali Exchange Data Feeds for All Services. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=159948#DenaliExchangeDataFeed You do not need to complete the agreements or anything else. Just make the selection and then select the Update/Set button to the right.
