This functionality has not changed and definitely works correctly. Go through the instructions again and make sure you have set up evening session times and enabled them in the Chart Settings.

There is a strange issue on the attached chartbook that is configured as per the documentation to display two separate VbPs on the right edge. Each VP is constrained to the session times for RTH and overnight. As I am watching this during the overnight session, the RTH-constrained VbP (Current Day 08:30_00 to 16:59:59) is drawing a new profile at the open of each new chart bar (it's a 30 min chart). http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1610961362231.png |

The set up you have is not consistent with what the documentation explains.: Volume By Price Study: Displaying Single Separate Profiles for Day and Evening Sessions Yes this does make sense: As I am watching this during the overnight session, the RTH-constrained VbP (Current Day 08:30_00 to 16:59:59) is drawing a new profile at the open of each new chart bar (it's a 30 min chart).

I'm sorry, I'm not following.Chart Session Times: Day Session Start: 08:30:00 Day Session End: 16:59:59 Evening Session Start: 17:00:00 Evening Session End: 08:29:59 and the two VbPs are each set to One Period from Start Time to End Time with: Day Session VbP Start Time: 08:30:00 Day Session VbP End Time: 16:59:59 Evening Session VbP Start Time: 17:00:00 Evening Session VbP End Time: 08:29:59 I do not understand what is not consistent with the documentation here. This looks to match the documentation exactly. I also do not understand why the RTH-constrained VbP is displaying anything outside of its constrained hours. This makes no sense. Thanks, but this is the intended functionality: Volume By Price Study: Displaying Single Separate Profiles for Day and Evening Sessions however it makes no sense that a profile is displayed for day session times during overnight session times. The day session time profile is resetting on every new overnight chart bar. EDIT: I see that I have referred to the wrong visualisation mode in the thread title. For clarity, I'm talking about displaying a single profile per session (evening and day) on the right hand side of the chart only. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-01-18 19:48:36
