Nikkei 225 - Denali and AMP

Hi - I have Denali Data Feed for Full CME with Market Depth. Nikkei 225 chart (ENYH21) is not loading any data for me - what am I missing? AMP is the broker. Do I need a different data feed? Guidance is appreciated. Thanks. |

You have the correct data feed. Are you selecting the symbol from the list on the Find Symbol window or entering the correct symbol name (F.US.ENYH21)?

Yes, the symbol I am choosing is correct. I see the message data-download-complete but the chart window is totally blank afterwards. Right clicking in the chart window does not bring up the context menu either. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". FYI - chart displays data for Weekly, Monthly, Daily periods but not for 5 min, 10 min, 1 hour etc.

Okay, thanks. I asked AMP and as per them trading on Osaka exchange is only supported with CQG and not with Denali data. So do I need to pay for both Denali and CQG data? And I suppose there is some Osaka exchange fee as well? Sorry, I am a bit confused about how to go about this. Thanks. |

You would need to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed if you require CME group data. And yes for Osaka you would use the data provided by CQG. Both data feeds will work together when using CQG.
