Package DLL missing from Custom Studies list

One of the users of my indicator package has encountered a strange problem, which I can’t explain. His account name is authorized to use the package, and when he restarts SC, the package loads correctly in his Data folder. However, the package doesn’t show up in the list of Custom Studies. We have verified that he is not running in Safe Mode. The package is 64-bit and he is running a 64-bit version of SC (version 2218). He has restarted SC several times to ensure that the download has completed correctly. He can load a chart which calls several indicators from the package, and the indicators plot correctly, so the indicators are clearly accessible in the Data folder even though they are not visible in the Custom Studies list. Any explanations, or suggestions of additional checks to make, are most welcome.
