Issue when opening SC (Denali with IB)

I'm using SC 2218, I'm subscribed to Denali and I trade thru IB. Data/Trade Service is set to IB [trading] with Allow Support for SC Data feeds checked. Ever since you made the change at the end of December I've been experiencing an issue when I open SC...I have to wait a long time (usually 3 - 10 minutes) to see data in my intraday charts. During this time I see "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" or "Waiting to Download Historical Data". I do not have this issue with my historical charts. Also, prior to the December changes, I never experienced this issue. I find that disconnecting and reconnecting sometimes helps speed up the process. Sometimes (like today) I'm left with a gap in my data from part of the overnight price action. After choosing the option to Delete All Data and Download, I waited for approximately 10 minutes for all the data to appear in my chart. I've reduced the number of days to download and the number of charts opened. None of it seems to help. The data does ultimately appear in my intraday charts. Once it does, SC works without any issues. I've enclosed a snippet of my logs below. I've tested my internet and I have no issues with my internet. Any idea what is going on and how I can fix it? I would also like to add that I see "Waiting to Download Historical Data" when I switch between contracts. For example, if I'm on ES and I switch to NQ. Then if I immediately switch back to ES I have to wait approximately a minute for the "Waiting to Download Historical Data" to disappear. This appears strange to me since I was just on ES and there should be very little to download. |

This is impossible because if the download already completed for ES, when you switch back to ES, there is nothing to download. Unless there was a reconnection in between. And besides the download would finish within a few seconds. We suspect the data is not coming from the Sierra Chart data feeds.
