Subject updated from 'Denali Exchange Data Feed Service' to '$VIX' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would only like to use live VIX index data. No other markets. What fees do I need to pay? Please be as specific as possible. Somehow I got lost in the prices on the Sierra Chart website. Thanks. Nice day and Thank you. Ludek |

The VIX is a CBOE Index. Therefore, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange. Refer to the information here (note the Setup Instructions on the page): Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John Thanks for the reply. Today I have one more question about the VIX index. The VIX index chart functioned as an end of day (EOD). That was OK and it was enough for my trading. That's why I pay for basic access to the Sierra Chart. However, the EOS has stopped updating. It all ended on 2020-11-09. Is this possible to fix this? Thank you Ludek |

The EOD data change was due to a change from the CBOE, where they are no longer making that available without paying for the exchange fee. Refer to the information here: Notice: Replacement for CBOE Indices Historical Daily Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
