Dear friends When i update from 2206 to 2207 all my Settings is lost. i tried directly to 2218 but the same thing. how can i repair it? how do i upgrade without losing my settings? thanks michael |

This does not make sense. There should not be any problem like this. What settings are you referring to?

the control bar setting for sure return to default i belive also other costamizations i did will default i didnt check it becoause i immidetly reverted to 2206 i did it twice same problem M |

When you go back to 2206 all your customizations are still there?

Before updating again, delete the Sierra4.config file in the Sierra Chart installation folder. You must have updated previously, gone back to an earlier version, made changes and then updated again.
