Dear SierraChart team
I am fighting with an error on SierraChart since a while and I cant help myself.
Let me try to explain my problem. I hope somebody can help me.

1. The initial situation: Picture 1
I am flat. If i click on flatten, the message log tells me that I am flat as well when I click on flatten. The interesting thing is, that the chart shows me an unclosed buy position, but in the trade execution window is says flat and there is no P/L.

2. Now I make a market sell order: Picture 2
As you can see on the picture, it opens a sell order, but at the same time it also closes a buy order, which never existed! Whats going on here?! Now compare picture 1 and picture 2: As you can see picture 1 (initial situation) had a NPL of -35 ticks. If you check picture 2 (after i made a market sell order) you can see that it says NPL -37ticks while to that time P/L was -1 tick. That means the close of the never existing buy order resulted in -1 tick in the statistics, which means there is something hardly wrong.

There is something else wrong in picture 2: there is no red flag showing on the chart which tells me that i opened a short trade...

3. Lets continue playing this. I click now on flatten (picture 3):
As you can see when I click "flatten" it shows me that I am flat in the trading window. My sell trade from picture 2 is not visible in the chart anymore and clicking "flatten" resulted in opening a buy trade, which doesnt actually exist if you belive what the trading window is telling. Also special is, that the sell trade (from picture 2) didnt go to the statistics. NPL didnt change, even if the sell in this example was clearly a loss trade...

Now I end up with an open buy position, which will show up in statistics when i click on sell, but if I click on flatten nothing happens, cause according to trading window and message log i am already flat.
My attachement limit is reached, but I clicked on sell and it closed a never existing buy position and opened a new sell position just like in the part about picture 2.

This problem happens with British pound futures since several days and i have no clue how to solve this problem. Please show me how to fix this. I am using the trading evaluator [trading].
I am also trading S&P mini futures and crude oil futures and I have never seen this problem on other charts/chartbooks.
