i allready singed for the exchanges now I am getting an orange box with an error "symbol is unknown" also, do I need to do anything on a monthly basis? |

It looks like you are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing with Data Service, but you have not changed your Data/Trade Service Settings to this service. Follow the instructions at the following link starting at step #9: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions If you follow all the instructions in the link given, then this will resolve your orange box with a Symbol Unknown error.
