Stopped receiving $TICK data

I am currently trading a live account with AMP/TTNet and since Tuesday I stopped receiving $TICK (NYSE Tick) data. No quotes or anything. Before that I was getting it no problem.

Has there been any changes?

I am getting an error message,when I disconnect and reconnect, of 'Symbol is unknown' on the $TICK chart that used to work last week. Tried to update Global Symbols from Server but that didn't solve the problem

You need to use the new Market Statistics symbols. Here is the documentation for them:
