Unable to connect to TransAct at Asia 6PM est

SC, I haven't been able to reconnect to TransAct at the 6PM Est Asia open. Like clock work, however, it establishes a connection at 6:30 PM EST. This has happened in the last 2 sessions. Please help.

And yes you do have to use a broker different than Transact. Please check with others and compare commissions.

I haven't been able to reconnect to TransAct at the 6PM Est Asia open.

Immediately call Transact support directly when this happens. Or at the very least e-mail them. Happened to me as well at that time.

And yes you do have to use a broker different than Transact.

I hope this isn't the case for the Denali data feed connection.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed can be used with any Trading service.

Regarding Transact, please be aware of the information here:
Notice: Discontinuation of Support for Transact Trading Service in Sierra Chart

There is no point in continuing with Transact at this point in time. And besides we want users on the best technical solution, and Transact is not it.
