hi, i would like to make sure about this: 1) can you make sure infinity provide ACCURATE data, accurate volume and accurate bid volume and ask volume? my point is i have expirience with interactive brokers and they said they also have accurate data (they are saying they have it directly from the exchange) but they do not have accurate data. so, how is it in infinity? 2) i tried to download continual historical chart but i have got just few years. sierra website by infinity says you provide 10+ years. so, where is the problem? thank you |

Are you referring to a Historical Daily chart or Intraday chart? In the case of a Historical Daily charts, to get additional years you need to change your Sierra Chart package to 3 or 5.
