hi, my S&P chart only keeps freezing every time i load up my sierra charts, all other charts are working completely fine, i delete and re download the data and loads up to the current time but never works after that |

Most likely, you are not using the correct symbol for the S&P consistently and there is a symbol conflict. To quickly update the symbols select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
