WING21-BMF NOT LOADING DATA

Hi, after uptaded the sierra, i noticed that symbols have chnaged. Before WING21-BMF was UMG21. But when i choose the new symbol i get the the "S=Downloading Continuous Contract Data" in all windows, but nothing happend. I changed th XDG21 symbol to DOLG21-BMF and that is working fine, but the WING21-BMF do not load the data. what could i do to resolve this issued? Thank you |

We do not see any problem receiving data for that symbol. However, your account may not be authorized for this historical data. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
