Hello,

I can't seem to connect to Server 1 via the 'Trade Account Data and Order Entry' web portal, even though Server 1 is my primary in Sierra Chart.

Could you please assist?

We need to know what is shown after Connection Status >> Connected on the trading webpage. It should show false and some error text.
