Hello, the Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services says it should be available til the end of the month, but right underneath it, it says it's Active until: 2021-01-25 23:59:59 UTC. I would just like to make sure this was a mistake, so I won't have to renew at the end of January and have to pay again February.

The reason this changed from January 31 to January 25 is because you changed the Denali Exchange Data Feed from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for Order Routing to the Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services. But we see that you are still setup with the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. If you are going to be using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service then you should choose the lower-priced option for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which is the one for use with the SC Order Routing. Also, all Sierra Chart Data Feeds renew on a monthly basis, so you will have to have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the renewal prior to February 1, 2021 (or January 25, 2021 depending on what happens with the above). It wouldn't let me revert back to SC Order Routing. That's fine. I saw that my services balance was negative, believing I've now been charged for the All Services Feed, I made a payment in order to pay for the extra cost, but it still says it's active until only January 26th.

We have got you back on the $20.00 USD per month option for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We also corrected the problem that was causing you to not be able to select it. But due to the changes back and forth, the current end date is now January 29, 2021. As such, there will be a small charge to cover the 2 days from the 29th to the 31st. Then you will start over again on February 1, 2021 paying $20.00 USD per month for the full month.
