Bar Value Randomly Returning decimal places ending with XXX.998047

Found an error on system randonmly returning decimal places of bar value ending with XXXXX.998047 when programming is made.

For example, Bar high = 27345.998047. System is unable to return an integer value.(i.e. 27346). When non-integer value is returned, value is always ended with XXXXX.998047.

Add one more comment. When system returns non-integer values randomly, the values always end with the decimal places like XXXX.998047.
