There is no candle bars shown on the Sierra Chart. Please help.

We need more information. We assume that you have opened a Chartbook and have an active chart, but that it is not showing any data. If this is incorrect, then please tell us what exactly is happening. Also, we need to know the symbol that you are using and give us a screenshot of what you are seeing.
