What exactly is the problem? We cannot tell from those screenshots. And also you may have some CQG minute data in the charts which would cause some malfunctioning with these types of charts. So first follow this procedure: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Hello Engineering >> " .... selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol ... " Thanks for advice; did it twice. First time didn't help [pictures attached]; 2nd time - a few minutes after - looks better now >> " ... some CQG minute data in the charts ... " As far as I know, CQG historical data is not supported anymore, and if I want to see / download historical data [> 5 days old if / when Sierra was disconnected from CQG] - I'd have to switch to Denali data feed - as mentioned here Jan 1, 2021 Changes to Historical Data: Interactive Brokers, CQG ? A question. Is it possible that problems with the TICK chart is related to the *IMPORTANT* Notice: Custom Study Improperly Altering Time Scale of Chart "*IMPORTANT* Notice: Custom Study Improperly Altering Time Scale of Chart" ? It's a TICK chart, but I see "0:00" on the TIME scale - exactly as described in the "Notice.." Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-01-04 07:03:03
