We apologize for this. Our data provider has been making changes related to market data authorizations which has caused this problem. We have contacted them now about this. We told them this is a priority.

Our data provider does say your account is authorized for the data. So we need more information. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Ok we understand what is happening. The data is coming from Interactive Brokers, not from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. We need to implement a technical solution, but we need more information from our data provider regarding this in order to implement the right solution. This is now resolved. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After doing the above, then: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
