I am having difficulty in downloading anymore than the past 25-30 days of minute data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. I have included images of my data/trade service settings along with the chart settings for reference. I have tried deleting all the data and re-downloading it. Is this available or do I have to sign up for the real time service to get the historical data for the TSE/TSX? |

For the NML.TO symbol there is not data available beyond 2020-12-14. Apparently trading has stopped for that symbol at that time. You do have full access to the historical data. Follow the instructions here to access more data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data And understand that the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download in the case of stocks counts back from the current date.
