Problem connectin with Lmax Account

Hi there, I bought a new pc and installed sierra from scratch. I now try to log in into my Lmax account (using the LMAX Live trading - DTC). I can see the platform is connected to the server through the green box, however when I try to load up charts (any chart) they just won't load up. The green box of download completion appears however nothing comes up. Can you please help me? Thanks, F |

Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And in the case of Historical Daily charts update them with Edit >> Download Data for All Historical Charts.
