Problem connectin with Lmax Account

Hi there,

I bought a new pc and installed sierra from scratch.

I now try to log in into my Lmax account (using the LMAX Live trading - DTC).

I can see the platform is connected to the server through the green box, however when I try to load up charts (any chart) they just won't load up.

The green box of download completion appears however nothing comes up.

Can you please help me?

We apologize for this issue. This is now resolved.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

And in the case of Historical Daily charts update them with Edit >> Download Data for All Historical Charts.
