Hey SC, I have an account with Deep Discount Trading Brokerage. They informed me today, that they are not compatible with the Denali Exchange. So I am looking for a low fee brokerage that is compatible with your platform and data feed. DDT will be deeply missed. Is there a list of supported brokerages using the Denali Feed? I cannot find one myself. |

Just checking back in. I realize many are busy with the holidays, but this is an important question I feel needs to be asked again.

They informed me today, that they are not compatible with the Denali Exchange. This is not true. There is a misunderstanding here. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is just a data feed and works with any trading service. Refer to:Denali Exchange Data Feed You can stay with Deep Discount Trading. We have also contacted Deep Discount Trading about this as well so they are aware that the Denali data feed can be used. We are not going to make changes which prevent particular brokers or clearing firms from being used. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We are not going to make changes which prevent particular brokers or clearing firms from being used. So Transact/Infinity should be compatible with the Denali Exchange Data Feed too? And, the upcoming EUREX data connection as well. I recall that FCM having cost issues with EUREX data circa 2015. Thanks. |

Of course. We are really not sure why people think the Denali exchange data feed is broker specific. It is a data feed and that is all. Newly released information on NinjaTrader's acquisition of Transact/Infinity here: https://ninjatrader.com/TransAct-Infinity-Futures-FAQ Excerpts from the FAQ: What does this mean me for me as a TransAct Futures or Infinity Futures client? There is zero impact. It’s business as usual for all accounts and prospects. As the organizations are further integrated, there will be opportunities for us to expand our service offerings and support & we are excited to introduce those in coming months. Will Sierra Chart and ATPro continue to be supported through TransAct Futures & Infinity Futures? There are currently no plans to change our technology offerings and you can continue to use Sierra Chart or ATPro. I trust SC will keep users informed with updates in their locked thread here: Notice: Discontinuation of Support for Transact Trading Service in Sierra Chart |
