I am trying to set up my number bars charts and would like some clarification on the Background color method.\ There are 4 Ranges for up and 4 Ranges for down 0,.25,.50 and .75 What I have not been able to find is what the Range is. Could you tell what is the Range of. .25 of what? Thanks |

The ranges relate to either the Percent Compare Thresholds or the Actual Compare Thresholds. Let's say you have Percent Compare Thresholds of .25, .50, .75, and you are using Background Coloring Based on Volume Percentage. Then the percentages relate to the percentage of Volume (25%, 50% and 75%, respectively). The Ranges then relate to each grouping of the percentages: Range 0 = 0-25% Range 1 = 26-50% Range 2 = 51-75% Range 3 = 75%+ This all covered in the Numbers Bars documentation here: Numbers Bars For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
