Hello, I'm getting the following error when I try to make a trade:

SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - less than 4 symbol parts. SC order routing error. Text: Parent order.

This happened several times, Internal Order ID: 194 and Service Order ID 4062994 was one of them, I can provide my full log if you desire but it included my account information so left that bit out.

I tried a board and documentation search but couldn't find any information on this error. If I missed where this was documented, please let me know.

Thanks, Daniel

You need to translate the symbols to match that particular service. Use Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service:

I have tried doing this but achieve the same result, I'm trying to trade MRTYH21-CME. Is that not the correct symbol for SC order routing and Denali?

We assume you are trying to trade the Micro E-Mini Russell 2000 Index. In which case, the correct symbol for the SC Futures Order Routing is the following:
M2KH21_FUT_CME

Again, make sure you update your symbols, as maybe you had switched to the SC Data - All Services at one point, and when you switch back to the SC Futures Order Routing, you need to update the symbols.

You may have to manually update the MRTY symbol, as we do not think we have a matching for that particular nomenclature.

And in general, make sure you open symbols from the Find Symbol page. Refer to the information here:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File)

This is what I did the first time, but the problem is there are two E-mini Russel 2000 Index - CME under available symbols.
There is the "RTY?##_FUT_CME | E-mini Russel 2000 Index - CME" and if I scroll up a bit, also "M2K?##_FUT_CME | E-Mini Russel 2000 Index - CME"

Do I therefore have something setup incorrectly to see both of these or what is going on?

Regarding the above, I'm trying to trade the micro Russel 2000 Index. I see micro versions of the other equity indexes under available symbols, along with the two versions of the RTY, but I don't see a micro version of the RTY in that window.

The Micro version is the symbol M2K.

We see that it is missing the Micro information in the descriptor. We will take care of that.

We have updated the descriptor for the M2K symbol. If you go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and select the Update from Server button, you will then have the word "Micro" listed in the descriptor for that symbol.
