DTC Client socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2020-12-29 14:22:55.691 * This has happened twice today. I switched to Denali and SC order routing a couple weeks ago. I am with AMP futures broker. I was previously using AMP order routing and CQG and have not experienced this with that set up. Any ideas? Thanks! |

That would indicate a connectivity problem somewhere. When you have the issue again we need to see the entire Message Log at the time.

SC is still open. Would you like me to use "Send For Analysis"?

You definitely are experiencing a connectivity issue somewhere, to the trading server. It is definitely not an issue on the server itself. We want you to use a different server that uses a different ISP. Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Primary Server to Server 1 or Server 4. And then change the Backup Server to Server 2. Reconnect to the data feed after this change: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
