Do I understand that if I submit a request today to change from CQG to Dinali, I will not be billed by AMP until my January bill?

We cannot say for sure, as it is really an AMP question. What we can tell you is that if you were paying for the data from us, then if you switched today, you would get the next 2 days for free (as the calendar month in which you first sign up is free), and then you would need to pay the full amount for the January data on January 1, 2021. AMP probably does this the same way, but again, you would need to check with them. --------------------- Keep in mind, this means that if you wait until January 1, 2021 to sign up for the data feed, you would get the entire month of January for free (again, assuming AMP does it this way).
