Problem with confirming the Real-time Numbers of symbols

Dear support, i encountered a problem with confirming the Real-Time number of Symbols, when i press on the button of confirming the Real-time number of symbols 250, i get the following message " 250 Real-Time Symbols have been enabled" , but then when i press on "return to exchange data feed features page" , it shows that the Real-time number of symbols WAS NOT ACTIVATED YET. I would be beyond glad, if you could send me specific instructions on how to solve this problem. Thank you so much |

You are currently setup to receive the 250 symbols for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You do not need to change this. The next step is to activate the Data Feed.
