It is not necessary to have an active service with Sierra Chart in order to continue to use the software. You do need an active Sierra Chart account to access historical data. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.
